SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY METHODS?
We use DHL for delivery and the packages are delivered against signature only. We do not ship to pick-up points for security reasons.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide except for India, Turkey, Brazil, Russia and Ukraine due to non- processing by our partners or too complex customs procedures and uncertainty of delays.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY DELAYS?
When the product is in stock orders are shipped on Thursday and Friday, the delays depend on the destination (between 5 and 10 working days).
For pre-orders, the deliveries are spread out between 3 and 5 months. In this particular case, you will be informed as the process goes on.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES UPON DELIVERY OF MY ORDER ?
For orders in France and in the European Union, the VAT is already included in the purchase price.
For orders outside the EU, taxes specific to each country may be required before delivery.
If you make a purchase in our store and you live outside the EU, you can get a tax-refund through our partner Skiptax. You can also, on the occasion of a temporary trip, have your order delivered in VAT included and use Skiptax afterwards when going through customs.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ?
You can modify the delivery address if your package hasn’t been shipped yet. Please send an email including your name, first name and order number to [email protected]
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE IS A DELIVERY PROBLEM ?
If you encounter any problems with the delivery, the most efficient solution due to time difference is to first contact your local DHL office. If necessary you can always contact us at [email protected], specifying your name, first name and order number.
RETURN, EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN A PRODUCT OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
If the magic doesn’t work when you receive your watch, bracelet or strap, you can of course return or exchange it. We always stand behind our watches.
Please contact us prior to shipping the product back. You can send an email to [email protected] including your name, first name and order number.
The product should be tracked and fully insured.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?
We process the refund as soon as we have received and checked the watch.
Depending on your mean of payment (credit card or Paypal) it can vary between 3 and 15 days.
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER AND HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
The international warranty insures you against any manufacturing defect and includes free repair of faulty components. It does not however cover accidental damage by the user.
The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase or delivery.
DOEST THE WARRANTY TRANSFER TO THE NEW OWNER?
Yes, the warranty can be transferred to a new owner. Please send an email to [email protected] with the following information: Name, first name, order number of the original buyer and name, first name, email address, phone number of the new owner.
SALES AND RELATED SERVICES
WHERE CAN I TRY THE WATCHES? DO YOU HAVE RETAILERS?
We do not have any retailers for the moment. The physical and exclusive point of contact is our store in Paris.
We are now in a stage of creating a brand image and trust and therefore do not wish to put any intermediary between you and us.
HOW CAN I GET MY WATCH ENGRAVED?
We are pleased to introduce a service of traditional diamond tip engraving done in France.
The price of the engraving is a fixed-price of 100€. If you wish to have your watch engraved, please specify it in “notes” when ordering or send an email directly to [email protected] There will be an additional delay of approximately 15 days.
We can of course help you with the visuals and the creation of the different artworks and messages.
